This is a story about Maya, a young and beautiful village girl. Living in a forest house just on the outskirts of a small quiet village with her father, Maya thought she had her whole life all planned out. Her childhood friend, for whom she always had feelings for finally became her boyfriend and they were madly in love with each other. She thought she would get married, have kids and die in the village like normal villagers do, but fate, unbeknownst to her, had other plans.
I still haven't decided on the combat system, but I don't think I'll make combat that complex. I really see no point to it since this game will be set in world with swords and bows. There will be monster battles and such but everything will be pretty straightforward. No endless grinding to buy items just so you can fight in the next zone.
This game will contain multiple story choices with each one having their own consequences. Some of them will lead towards Bad Ends. You as a player will have to decide whom to trust and whom not to. Don't trust someone based only on their outside appearance, it might fool you.
Losing to certain players or making wrong decisions might lead you to your doom. You might either get killed or captured so be careful with what you do and say.
I hope to make this world a lively place. In every town or village there will be events and things to do. Ranging from gathering quests, helping people to working various jobs.
There will be multiple clothes in the game but unlike in most of the games, clothes here won't be a requirement for like jobs. Rather, wearing different clothes will have different impact on people in general. For example, wearing a more revealing clothes in slums will make some people who don't know you think you're a whore and they will treat you like that. Wearing a beautiful dress might charm people who then might reveal some secrets to you if you're persuasive enough.
There will be pregnancy inside the game. But, it will most likely lead to game end. Otherwise, I would need to make three times more art for every stage of the pregnancy for every scene which is just too much work. Instead, I just plan to make a little scene for when the main character gets pregnant. I planned to make a system just like in the game Violated Heroine but I don't know if I can pull something like that off on my own.
I've been a fan of world map ever since I played Final Fantasy games. So, I plan to make world map so player can actually see the world he's in.
Just like in NTRPG, I will also include quite a lot of sprite animations for h-scenes. Since I'm not that good with 3D Art, I'll probably lean more towards sprite art since I already have a lot of sprites ready for the game. Just to be clear, sprite animations aren't made by me, I got to permission from the author to use them and adjust as I want to. I got quite a lot of them for various sex positions.
Even though I don't dislike 3D art, I'd like to have CG art for this game. If opportunity ever arises, I'll probably switch to CG instantly. Besides my personal preference, one of the reasons I'd like to have CG art is that I don't have a very powerful PC and rendering is proving to be quite challenging without one.
For years I've been wanting to buy new PC and like quite a few I've been waiting for the right moment. Then those bloody crypto currencies wrecked havoc on the market... Ever since then I've been waiting for the prices to drop, but they just keep going up hence why I still have my old PC with GTX 650Ti :(. The only real problem is that this PC isn't quite good for rendering. Any scene more with more than just one character is impossible to render with it. Even these rendered pictures I did with just one character took me more than 4 hours to do each.
My time I can work on the game is limited. Since I don't do this full time and I also mostly translate games there's not much time I can spend on development of this game. My current goal it to slowly work on the game until I have a proper demo and then make a Patreon for it.
This is by far for me the most annoying thing to deal with when making 3D art. There are thousand of assets for even the smallest of things and you need to buy and install every single one of them. Most of these assets are way to overpriced so it's impossible for me to get some that I'd like to have. This is another reason I'd rather pay someone to draw art for me.
